  I have been a member at CCC for less than 2 months.I started their Wellness program that focuses on strength, metabolic conditioning, and core. It is the perfect program if you want to improve your overall fitness level. I have only been doing the Nutrition program for a month. We did the Body Scan ( which is awesome) and I lost 9.6 lbs of body fat!! And I gained muscle! All of the coaches are so helpful and supportive. If you're thinking about getting fit this is the place!!

  Went to Crescent City Crossfit with brother Ashton for a Saturday Community Workout and Love the Community. I will be back soon.

  I loved the group workout on a Saturday then came back in a Tuesday to do a day time class. Love That too- Highly Recommend Crescent City Crossfit.

  All I can say... I love Crescent City Crossfit- the trainers, the members, and the community. I learn so much about how to properly lift and train safely.
