  Phyllis has build a fabulous new home in the heart of East Bethesda almost 3 years ago now. We always receive complements on the quality of the construction, finishes, and layout. We could not be happier ourselves. It's airy, bright, customized to our needs. Phyllis is so passionate about her work, it shows! She was extremely thorough from the beginning to the end of the process and so helpful in the design discussion and choice of finishes and materials. She has a wonderful sense of design and shows great attention to detail. She was reliable, timely, and accommodating at all stages of our 6 months-long construction. She takes an extreme pride in her work making sure that all the construction and warranty issues are addressed completely and in a timely manner. She handled all subcontractors very efficiently and kept us appraised of the schedule routinely. Our experience with Phyllis was superb.

  After initially interviewing several candidates, I selected Crescendo Builders because the company displayed the talents and skills I value. Crescendo Builders not only brought design expertise to the table, but was able to do this in a cost-effective way. My 25 year old 3-bedroom luxury condo in Bethesda was completely gutted and with Phyllis’ expertise, talent and knowledgeable skill, I am now living in the home of my dreams. $100,000 was invested in renovating a new kitchen, 2 bathrooms, wood floors, complete new electric wiring, dropped ceilings, all new doors, custom painting, and plumbing in addition to appropriate built-ins. Thanks to Crescendo Builder’s outstanding subcontractors, it has truly been turned into a model home. I am very pleased with the outcome.
