  Worst branch in san antonio as far as customer service. Rude condescending clerks greet you at the door with fake flighty hellos. Do yourself a favor n visit other locations.

  Manager fails customer's specific request. Manager's irrational thinking caused me never conduct business again there.

  The branch staff were very friendly, Rene helped me with my savings account as well as my credit card. Very professional and offer good products and services for the college crowd and young at heart.

  My bank has designated Credit Human as a sister branch where we can make small bank transactions instead of going to the only location they have in San Antonio. Credit Human has very poor customer service, they only have ONE bank teller open in the lobby at their busiest time of the day, so you have to wait 20 to 45 minutes to get service even though you are the second customer in line. It is extremely poor customer service and incompetence at it's best!!!

  Great service here tellers are very friendly I'm usually in and out in no time.
