  I was told my items would be done by a certain date I went to pick up two days after my date and my stuff was still not done! When asked why was it not done the lady giggled and couldn't give a reason why! So unprofessional! Definitely dont recommend. Horrible customer service!

  I dropped off a dress to be altered on Saturday, May 13th. It was supposed to be ready on May 17th. I went to pick up my dress on the 17th and it was not ready and was told to come back around lunch time the following day. I returned today, and there was a note on the door saying closed until noon. I went back at 12:40 and they were still not open. I need my dress for my vacation, the store is closed and they don't answer their phone. I would never use this company again. I just hope I get my dress back.

  My experiece with the people who work at Creations and Alterations was outstanding. I asked for a suit to be tailored and they did a fantastic job. The employees are mostly speak Spanish but do know English. I highly recommend this shop for your dresses, suits and other clothes.

  I took my bridesmaid dress here and they did a GREAT job! I was really impressed. Also, YOU CANNOT BEAT THE PRICES. I think I paid around $15 for a TON of alterations on the dress.
