  I'd give these guys 6 stars if I could. After months of trying to find the "perfect" couch and always coming up short, I finally decided to go the custom route and came here. Shane was incredibly helpful every step of the way and worked with me through the entire process. After I chose every conceivable customization possible, from seat cushion material, arm height, base height, legs, fabric, pillow style, and more, they were able to assemble a couch that far surpassed even my expectations. The craftsmanship on this thing is fantastic, and the cohesion of each customization I requested shows a level of attention to detail that blew me away. This is the perfect couch that I was looking for. I literally could not be happier. This place is now always going to be my recommendation to anyone looking for a new couch.

  My experience was so bad I feel the need to warn others. Below is my experience trying to get a custom couch. We had what has probably been the worst retail experience of my life attempting to get a custom couch from Cre8achouch. Our order was messed up and delayed so many times I don't think they are capable of doing any custom work. For a $3600 couch we were certainly expecting much more. We ordered our couch with chaise lounge and ottoman on August 27th, it was finally ready December 29th, still not correct, but at this point we just gave up. When we ordered originally we were told to expect a 4-6 week wait. Right at the 6 week point I called to see how it was going, we were told that it was ready to go. When we looked at the pictures we could tell right away it was made wrong without the piping (bead around the cushions) but had tufting (buttons on the pillows). They apologized and said they would fix it and refunded $200 for the inconvenience, so not too concerned at this point... Then we went into a cycle where it was going to be ready but kept getting delayed. We would get a promise it would be ready, then when that time came there was always a new excuse. My absolute favorite was that the shipping company was slow due to the holiday...since when do truckers get Halloween off?? It finally showed up the second week in November but there's more. The only custom dimension we asked for was to have the couch depth 3" shallower; this was critical and wrong. The ottoman was also 3" too short, they tried to tell me it was the buttons on top of the ottoman that made it shorter, nice try. They did agree to make a new couch with the right dimensions and acted like this was a huge favor. I was told this would be their top priority. Nearly two months later the excuses started again. It finally shows up and both sides of the are made to the shallower depth. Between the two units we were able to make one correct couch but the new ottoman is one inch taller than the couch. At this point we just gave up and decided to live with it, hopefully we don't regret that. I found the sales staff to be quite difficult and rude in dealing with this whole mess, I would only get results when threatening to cancel the charges on my credit card. I would never use these guys again and warn others to proceed with caution.
