  I Would NEVER Recommend This Place To Anyone .! I Went And Got A Vehicle From Them Last Week . A Week Into Having A Vehicle My Car Would Not Start And It Would Just Shut Off In The Middle Of Driving . I Took The Vehicle To Them This Past Friday And They Said They Could See Anything Wrong With It . Not Only Did They Not Apologize Over The Fact They Gave Me A Messed Up Vehicle . They Didn’t Even Offer To Trade Out The Vehicle . He Went Inside And Came Back Out With A Check And Said There Isn’t Anything Else They Can Help Me With . I’ve Asked Them Why They Couldn’t Give Me Another Vehicle And He Said “ We Just Decided To Exit “ .! Very Rude , None Caring .! If You Want A Vehicle That’s Going To Work For Only A Week Then Perfect Place . Other Than That Don’t Even Waste Your Time Go Somewhere Where They Actually Care About You And Your Needs .! Again Do Not Go To Craycroft Autos I Wouldnt Even Send My Worst Enemy.! I Would Give Them No Stars If I Could .

  This place was amazing. Great people who will do anything to work with you, and they don't pressure you like other big dealerships. Especially for people with bad credit/repos. I'd recommend them to even those with great credit. Definitely the best car buying experience I have ever had!

  Bryan and Ruben were FANTASTIC! My car had been totaled, from being hit by a guy who ran a red light. Since I care for dogs and the elderly, I NEEDED a car! I also had to find something that would fit into my tight budget. Ruben was very polite and helpful in showing me cars that fit my needs. I am VERY pleased with the choice I made! Bryan was the BEST! He gave me a great price and he got the payments down at a 4.5% interest rate! I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a used car. Talk to them, they will do their best to work with you.
