  Just opened (March 2018) a Le Creuset mini-store inside this store!! Super cute with one of the largest selections I have seen outside of the Le Creuset store downtown. Now also has a small Land of Nod section on the middle level.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. We were able to get in and out really quick because of their helpful people.

  Attended to a presentation about fashion and right after I walked around and saw many nice things to consider. Between a book shelf, Marshall speaker and other things for my office, they do have nice things. The prices are some higher than expected but others are very reasonable due to the craftsmanship. They do have parking and it's on a convenient location. The staff was friendly and helpful.

  Great store, but horrible delivery and quality experience. I was first delivered the wrong couch - I had to chase the truck down the street to get them to come back. Then they dropped the right one in the middle of my apartment - but it had several holes. I called crate and Barrel to complain. They said it was an easy fix - but they outsourced the fix to a contractor who had no availability to fix it for over three months. When I called back to complain about the time, crate and Barrel said they would set me up with a different repair agency. But no new agency ever reached out. While I love crate and Barrel furniture, I'd be incredibly hesitant to buy from here again.

  Crate and barrel is one of those where you go to the pick up one thing, and you end up with several items. The prices are really low or anything, but I always have a pleasant experience there, and the people who work there have always bent over backwards to help me. This last time I was getting a Christmas gift, it came in an awkward box, and I wanted to wrap it for me. The lady spent so much time and effort to make it look nice. And even though I was very satisfied with what she had done, she was not, and kept apologizing. And I really felt she was sincere about it. I even tried to tip her, but she wasn't having that. I don't shop here often, but when I do, I am always very pleased.
