  We continue to be very happy with the service we receive at this store. Workers have been extremely patient and helpful with everything from picking out dining plates to buying a sectional.

  Picking up your own furniture from the store is a nightmare. It's a one lane alley that can get busy. I'm right now stuck between a construction truck loading debris and a FedEx truck loading boxes.

  Oh boy! My loving room screams Crate and Barrel. Couldn't be happier! The best part though was Robert, the interior designer at the Boylston store, who helped me with my living room choices. He worked with me diligently for two hours till we got all the details sorted out. I was impressed with his ethics of work, taste, and knowledge of inventory. He literally knew all the Crate and Barrel inventory off the top of his head. All delivered the following weekend, smoothly and gently.
