  We registered for our wedding here. Crate & Barrel has the highest quality items at realistic prices. The customer service at the Manhasset location is excellent.

  There is a serious lack of product knowledge at this store, they look up everything online first because they have no clue what their product assortment is. And while your waiting 5 minutes for them to look things up online because the their WiFi is so slow, they also are unwilling to accommodate anything and defer to the online customer service number. From someone who is also a Store Manager in retail, I’m very disappointed in my experience at this location.

  Went into the store browsing found copper measuring spoon that came to a total of $36. The sale associate Diane rang me up. As you know debit cards can sometimes give problems, I was having one of those problems. TD was partially putting the charge through had to put the rest of the balance on American Express. The sales associate at the end of the transaction said a very rude comment. Saying the computer knows that was because I said i know there is money in this acct. I felt it to be disrespectful I ended up returning the merchandise. If I can give a negative star I would
