  I've always loved the shopping experience at any Crate and Barrel. They do an excellent job of curating their collections and have done a good job of hiring nice people who are well trained and seem to like working there. Can some of their items be a bit pricey? Sure. But I strongly believe in "you pay for what you get". We've bought a bunch of furniture for our new home at this store and worked with Kathy - who is an absolute joy! Friendly, helpful, thoughtful... and also came up with some good ideas and suggestions for things we possibly weren't even think about. Highly recommend this store.

  This store is what would happen if Sur La Table and Ikea had a baby. The products are all high-quality, and the prices are reasonable. The selection could be a little better, but they make the best out of what space they have. Make sure to go upstairs to see the beautiful furniture. The style is very contemporary and classy.

  Purchased gifts today and found the staff patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Charmaine, Debra and Shae assisted me with my purchases and the credit card application process. I felt pampered and well cared for!! Thank you so much for a great shopping experience!

  I placed an order online for a store pick up (it showed available). 12 hours later i received a call advising me that they dont have it in stock but will have it in a week. 10 days later noone called me to notify if they have it delievered so I called myself. 20 min into a please-hold phone call produced no results- they said they don't have it and won't have it and can only provide me with a phone number of a store that might have it and will be able to ship it. I cancelled the order.

  Really fun store. Good prices nice things. Friendly professional sales associates. They offer just about everything for the kitchen and dining room plus more...
