  No stars needed at all. I spoke to Garth one day regarding my mother, who is elderly, and explained that she needed some work to her chair but due to arthritis wasn't able to come to the shop to explain what she needed. So I asked if he could come to see her. He said "fine". Just pay him $40 which he usually charges for an estimate and it would go towards the work done. I agreed. Called a couple days later, he said text him the address and he will come later. I sent the text, no call or text back and he never showed up. Then I called, left a message, no reply. Called back the next day, spoke to him and he said he would come by. Received a call from him about 2hrs later stating he had to go to Queens so he will come by later. He never showed up or called. At this point I was finished with him but really wanted my mother comfortable and he was close so I called for a 3rd time. He gave no excuse and said if anyone was at home he would come. Again he never showed up or even called. So I give no stars for this place of business. Horrible experience and the perfect reason why most business don't survive or deserve the right to exist.

  It was an excellent choice, when I decided to have craftsman custom upholstery worked on my furniture, I'm extremely satisfied with my sofa set, my antique furnitures the finishing was like it's was coming straight from the factory and i didnt even waited long for that great service also it was very affordable.Thanks to the guys working at craftsman custom upholstery. Highly recommended
