  The staff at CR Fitness has helped me to develop healthy eating habits that have led to sustainable life-style changes. So far I have lost 26 pounds while gaining more strength and stamina.   I have been a client of Charlie at CR Fitness for over a year and would recommend him t6 everyone. His knowledge of the world of fitness and nutrition is amazing. He knows just how far to push you mentally and physically.

  CR Fitness is great. They understand how to work with you from a physical and nutritional basis. They are extremely knowledgeable about the body to assist you with the proper exercises to achieve your goal. I highly recommend CR Fitness. They get it! And you always want to come back for your next session.

  I have been using this gym for over 4 years. I normally train with Peter but occasionally Charlie (the owner) also. Both are extremely knowledgeable and were very helpful with my recovery from spine surgery. They are much more than your average "personal trainers" who yell and scream in order to motivate you. They have deep knowledge of the body and how certain muscles fire and act under load. We set clear goals and they set a plan in place with realistic timelines so you know what to expect. If you are coming off any type of injury and need to get your body moving again after PT or anything like that I would highly recommend giving them a call. They are also very accommodating to schedule changes and both basically live there. You will most likely be the only person there while training which is a bonus for me as I like to get in and get out and stay focused.

  I have worked with Charlie as a personal trainer for over three years now. He has helped my fitness level and overall perspective on health and well being. Not only have I lost weight, I became physically stronger too. Charlie customizes all of his workouts to your fitness level and physical ability. The workouts are always fun, challenging and diverse. Charlie is a trainer, coach and cheerleader all rolled up into one. He always encourages you while keeping you on track. His expertise is exceptional.
