  tony you are just a blatant liar, you actually need to stop conning people and try to be honest just for ones. what did it cost you to politely call to inform me that the delivery had failed ??? who said or complained about delivery time not being convenient for him, is it me you are talking about or someone else, did we had any disagreement with delivery time?? did i tell you i couldn't receive the furniture because i wasn't gonna have time ?? and who said he wanted it to be done the way it is done in dubai ?? you're a big liar, i hope no one ever goes to this shop. this tony is a conman, so never listen to all these lies, he'll fool you into his trap, dube/con you out of your money then give you the worst treatment you'll ever expect from him. I simply told you i had lived in Dubai and that does not mean i wanted or said you had to treat me like in Dubai, so just stop these your fat lies. you said i received my furniture, did you pay or did the delivery ?? u gave me the wrong mattress from the one i paid $600 and you are saying you're happy my furniture was finally delivered ?? can you still remember the color of the bed i bought initially ??? do you know what color you finally gave me ?? you should be ashamed of yourself. if you know you were doing a good job why didn't you return my money and cancel the purchase ?? it's just simply because you knew you had conned me and all you had to do was just throw the crazy thing you call furniture the way you did for me to take home. You're just a very wicked man that's the best way to describe who you really are, but never mind, you'll come face to face with your fate someday. wicked man....

  Went to Cozi Furniture because we needed a single bed frame, mattress and box spring in a hurry. We walked in the door and were immediately greeted with a warm welcome and pleasant smile. Our transaction took no longer than 15 minutes and then our truck was loaded and we were out of there. When we got home, there were only three casters in the box with the frame and they didn't even match. Went right back to the store with the casters and showed them what we received in the box. They were baffled with our finding and very gracious about replacing them. None were immediately available in the store so they gave me four used casters (that matched) to use for the night and contacted the warehouse and arranged for someone to come by my home the next day to drop off a new frame and casters. I was to give the delivery person the original frame with the used casters. The man they sent must have misunderstood what he was supposed to do because he set the box with the new frame and casters on my front porch and then left. When I discovered this, I called Cozi Furniture and advised of the mix-up and said I .would come by as soon as I was able to return the first frame and casters. I spoke with a very pleasant gentleman on the phone who told me not to worry about returning the items; God must have wanted me to have them. Thank goodness for that - I have no idea when I would have gotten around to returning them to the store. The mattress is quite comfortable and we are very pleased. This is actually the second time I have purchased mattress sets from them. The first was over 5 years ago and even though I feel as though I paid well below what I would have at any other store, the set has been used every night since it was purchased and still remains the most comfortable bed in my home. Thanks, Cozi Furniture for such good customer service -- I will be back.

  I went there to get a living room set I met wonderful people who have a wonderful relationship with people. The customer service lady was the best she is so receptive. I will certainly go back for my bedroom set. Keep up the good work guys.

  I visited this place last week and it was an absolute delight. Professional and extremely friendly staff. Stress free purchase and delivery. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for good quality furniture at great price.

  This is the best customer service i have seen in recent times. Very nice and wonderful set of people. Jackie was very friendly and they all went above and beyond their duty to help me choose. Please you all keep doing what you are doing. God bless you all!
