  We checked in Friday night excited about our Anniversary weekend. They even gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate. However, the next morning we had breakfast downstairs and I found a hair in my omelette. They comped our meal but that’s beside the point. Our 2nd morning my wife had a cold shower. When I called about it, the front desk said they had to reset the heater because other guests said they had poor water pressure. They said to wait 10 minutes or so for it to heat up again. So needless to say she finished her cold shower. That is unacceptable in my opinion. For the money we pay for the room we should not have these problems. The front desk person should have handled it better than that. It didn’t seem sincere. Thinking about it... Others had complained about water pressure so we are not the only ones unhappy!!!!!

  Staff was awesome and very helpful! Lots of stuff to eat and shop within walking distance. Room was nice and clean. Wish we didn't have to pay for parking but I think that's just a big city/California thing. Over all I would recommend to friends and family.

  I really love this hotel. Great staff, great rooms, and the shower is unbelievable. Seriously though. The staff here goes out of their way to make you feel at home. As someone who is travelling for work more weekends than not, I truly appreciate the atmosphere they create here. It's friendly without being oppressive. Keep it up and I'll be back!

  I've stayed here more than 20 times over the past 5 years on business and personal travel. The location is perfect for visiting Old Town, with only a brief 5 min walk to loads if restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. The hotel itself is nicely remodelled and has some enjoyable outdoor sitting areas to enjoy the great weather. It's also very convenient to both downtown and the airport.

  I went with a big group about 10 rooms. We were all located on the same floor that was nice. Front desk and staff was amazing Cody was super nice! The other young man that recommended restaurant was great. I just forgot his name 😞 only bad thing I can say is my coffee maker in my room didn't work. My neighbor's iron didn't work but her coffee maker did so we swapped.
