  I have no complaints. I stay here on occasion for work and it's a nice hotel. Staff are always friendly. Some rooms can have off-putting views, but nothing terrible.

  Staff is excellent, location was great since it was nearby essentially everything. No complaints about anything whether it's the room, hall, design or anything. Just nothing particularly memorable which holds it from a 5 star rating. But really great overall.

  Beautiful historic building that was once a bank. Hardwood doors and marble lines hallways are a reminder that not many places are built like this anymore. The room itself was small for a double queen and the air conditioning could not keep up with the suns heat on the antique single pane glass windows. The location is very convenient to the convention center and the trolly. There are also lots of bicycles and electric kick scooters available to rent all over downtown, so getting somewhere should never be a problem. I’ve also reviewed a lot of restaurants and pubs around this hotel if you need some help deciding where to eat.

  Friendly staff. Easy to see right off of Broadway servicing the San Diego area. Clean facilities with a wheelchair accessible entrance. Plenty of parking. Public Restrooms. Reasonably priced. We will definitely be going back.

  Pretty small rooms, but oh my, how cozy and opulent they are decorated!! I wanted to never get out of the bed! The staff treats you like royalty and the lobby makes you feel like you're in a palace. Location is right in the middle of all the 'happenings', yet you can grab a Starbucks and meditate in the sun on Horton Plaza.
