  Rooms were clean and comfortable as you'd expect. No lotion was provided, only shampoo and conditioner. Gym had very little, only some dumbbells three treadmills and a recumbemt bike. No complimentary breakfast but the cafe does have some very nice options even if its marginally overpriced.

  Classy hotel and the staff is great. Good breakfast and many restaurants across the street and local in the Theatre District.

  Really nice hotel in the center of downtown. Restaurants all around. Nice staff too.

  Got upgraded to a suite, it was GINORMOUS. I have stayed at dozens of hotels, and this was easily the largest suite I've seen. The lobby was sophisticated, clean, inviting. The staff was extremely friendly. Location is so convenient, it's within walking distance to the convention center, the train station, and much more. Great location!

  We got a king suite that was very spacious. I'm not giving five stars for the appearance of the room-- it was definitely in need of some handyman services. But it was clean and the front desk person was very nice and quite helpful. He chatted with my husband and I and (successfully) made an effort to remember us and our reason for staying.
