  I’m sure this hotel is amazing, unfortunately I never got the chance to stay there due to a rude staff member. Creating the reservation was easy but when I haven’t received my confirmation I called politely, and a “boy” didn’t want to take the extra step in helping me receive my confirmation and basically gave me “his” tips on doing it myself rather then me giving him a different email. He seems bored and does not like his job of a kind of impression over the phone. I work with business and marketing for years and never would have thought this place would treat me this way! I know about first impressions over the phone and actually helping the customer! The minute I FINALLY received my confirmation after insisting if I could please use another email, I canceled. I will not step foot in there! The service I received over the phone would probably be worse in person I suppose. So whoever is working the front desk at 4 PM today 05/12/2018, you need to be retained.

  The room was very clean, great ambiance, smelled great. The bathroom was neat, well equipped with toiletries. Free pool access, hot water tub, 24-hrs gym and other facilities readily available. The lounge is well furnished, hotel's location is ideal. It's an approximately 3mins drive to The Strip and right at the centre of the places you wanna visit when in Vegas. The view out the window is great. The pillows weren't exactly up to the Marriott standards I'm used to. The needed some more feathers. But overall, it was a good experience; definitely going to stay there again!

  Rooms were meh, but clean at the least. The rooms are a bit dated, same with the electronics and furniture. But at least the bed was clean, the linen were somewhat fresh (but obviously dated). The room has a balcony for those who like that. I could hear TVs from neighboring rooms but didn't bother me at all. The bathroom was again a bit dated and looked aged, but hey it was clean and stocked. The shuttle to the strip was decent as well; but only runs 3x a day (morning, afternoon, night).

  First time I have seen that big of a kitchen in a hotel room. And that is after seeing the presidential suite at another hotel. Leaving the front office building to enter another building where your room was not desire able. Very impressive overall.

  The hotel was very comfortable and pleasant, and the employees helpful and capable. We stayed there a week while on vacation and we would stay there again. Plus, it was right by a Trader Joe's and a Dollar Store, both of which provided all of the miscellaneous items one needs while away from home.
