CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! I've stayed at a lot of properties and this is one of the cleanest I've ever stayed at. Sarah at the front desk was very helpful and gave me great info for local eats. It didn't get any better!

What great service! Jason was over the top with his service tonight. We had a hodgepodge of nights staying at 2 different hotels but not after Jason killed it for us and made a one night into a 2 night and cheaper than what our expo block but got us! My two other buddies that are staying here are just as ecstatic as I am. Thanks Jason! We appreciate the kind over the top service! PS Jennifer at the bar is cool too but she charges too much for limes.... lol

Their lot is a pay to park lot. Confusing as to why. The hot water didn't kick in until an actual 5 minutes of running it and I just about gave up. My plastic shower curtain smelled musty and was old. The decor was kind of Miami Vice goes to Japan outdated. They need new carpets everywhere. The couch was old in the room and it showed. I did love that the bedding didn't smell like chemicals and was comfortable along with the pillows. The lamps were great (reaching for the positive). I would try a different place before returning to this hotel but not the worst place I've stayed ever.

I like this hotel even with the current construction work going on. It's close to everything and has a parking lot right out front even though it will cost you per day. But you'll find parking fees all over downtown. The indoor swimming pool is nice and warm. Starbucks is available at the bar. The rooms were clean and modern. We had no complaints. We even were accommodated with a 1pm late checkout. We'll definitely stay there again and you should try it out.
