  The rooms were elegant and clean. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. Also, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The last two times I stayed in Houston on military orders I had to argue with staff about tax exemptions. My bill this time had no issues. My only complaint was how hard it was to see the parking entrance off of main st.

  Comfy bed and quiet room the night before surgery. Staff was helpful and friendly. We loved our room. We loved everything but the fact that the espresso machine was broken when my bo went down to get some at the coffee place.

  Loved my stay here. I did not as for a top level room yet they gave it to me and I absolutely loved the view and how near it is to basically everything! Not to mention they have a Bistro on-site!! Loved every minute of it. Came to enjoy some time off and it gave me just that.

  Stayed in large king room, very nice and spacious with large pull- out desk. Very comfortable bed. Nice Bistro open for breakfast and dinner but breakfast is not included in the room rate. Food is quite good. Free hotel shuttle service is available within 3 miles of the hotel. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

  First and foremost: the hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and wonderful. However, the hotel accidentally threw out my laundry. While they seemed to make great effort to find it they never really did anything to resolve the issue. Later on, after buying more clothes, and doing laundry again, the hotel removed the laundry fee for this batch and offered that up as some form of compensation. I let them know this does absolutely nothing for me because I'm on a corporate account and don't have to pay for that fee myself anyway; I'm still out a bunch of clothes and a bunch of money regardless. No further actions were taken to compensate for throwing my clothes away. The only other issue I had was a front desk stay telling me they "couldn't" change a charge from my corporate card to my person card. I've done this a dozen times before without issue and it's absolutely certain that this is possible. I more or less felt like they simply didn't want to do it, or didn't feel like it at the time. They'll change it later but it's annoying to have to call in on your own time to take care of this. Besides these issues the hotel is by all other metrics an acceptable place to stay.
