  I cannot say how much the entire staff has gone out of their way to make my stay here enjoyable. They made me a pot of coffee after breakfast and after they cleaned up. I looked like I really needed it I guess. That is above and beyond to me. Rooms are great. Clean and comfortable. Much more quiet than one would expect. 10 of 10 would stay here. I will again.

  Edit May 2018 Back at this hotel after about a year since my last stay. The rooms seem even more dated than I remember, and the amenities are lacking seriously. The gym is falling apart, room floors are dirty and stained (at least my room), and furniture is iffy. Thankfully the hotel is cheap, close to freeways, and the staff is pretty great. It also appears that they may be refreshing some rooms - they were doing demo on some rooms while I was here. Hopefully they're refreshing things. Old review: Usually stay here when I'm in town for business. It's a reasonable hotel but not in a very desirable area with not many restaurants or areas that are walkable. Pool is often down for maintenance and exercise room is very lacking (no weights or machines other than dumbells to 30lb).

  My husband had to come here for work and I must say it was not a bad experience at all. Front desk and cleaning staff were all very courteous and helpful. Only can I can think of is that there was a weird smell in our room we couldn't pen point OMG it drove me crazy! Oh and you would think in 2018 there'd be a microwave in every hotel room. But all in all good experience because the awesome staff made up for the small issues.

  I think the best part of our stay at this hotel was the location. It was really easy to get on and off the freeway to go where we needed to while in Houston. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

  Older hotel. The staff are friendly. It is close to major roadway, so at times you can hear traffic, but not bad. The lobby and bistro area seem to have been renovated and are warm and inviting. The gym is fairly large and has two treadmills. I did find that it can be difficult to spot the entrances from the roads, as the main entrance was between a bank and gas station. There is a third entrance but seems to be gated and locked.
