  When we arrived, staff could not find my reservation. Come to find out, the systems were down, but when they came back up, I was found. Took about 30 minutes for me to be checked in due to this. Clean, new, great location. Only complaint is fridge too small to place a carryout container of food in. Fridge only large enough for a few small beverages. My food from a restaurant had to stay out all night. Not necessarily the hotel's fault, but there was a group of loud, rowdy ppl staying at the hotel the duration of my stay. I heard lots of loud THUDDING AND BUMPING at random through the evening before, middle of the night, and morning of my stay. It sounded as if people were running into walls or dropping very loud weights. Other than that, the ambience and decor was lovely for a night out with my spouse and toddler.

  The hotel is nice enough with a pretty unique roof bar. The bar can use a couple of extra menu items, as currently it is quesadilla, chicken sandwich or veggie flat bread. The reason for the 3 stars is the 'early check-in fee'. The room is ready, but you have to wait an extra 3 hours independent of what status you have. Platinum or titanium doesn't matter. Pretty awful business practice.

  If you are visiting downtown Dallas and planning to visit the 6th floor Museum or Reunion Tower, you can't have a better location. There are lots of things to do downtown. This place is very neat and clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly! The valet parking was very convenient. The rooftop bar was closed for a private event, and that is my only complaint.

  Nice hotel with decent location, easy access, priced fair, beautiful lobby and adequate fitness space - only thing I found off was the lack of some things (which you could request) like body lotion. Otherwise I liked the room and would stay here again.

  This is my first time writing a review because I was really hurt by the hotel, and I hope this review will help others to avoid this hotel. The staff at this hotel is not the same, some are very friendly, and some are racist. When I checked in, the staff was very friendly. But one afternoon I was humiliated on the spot by an employee, and I was surprised that something like this could happen at this hotel. She told me she was the manager and I had to listen to her. It was the first time this had happened to me, and I called Marriott and found out about their experience. But her experience did not apologize for her unreasonable and closed my case privately without telling me. I called Marriott this morning and had the case reopened. I was surprised that this could happen at the hotel, and my advice is to be careful about staying in at this hotel.
