  This is a decent hotel. There are lots of stairs, so it is not a great choice for physically impaired. It is a historical building, but there is no visible remnants that I can find of it's original design, with the exception of the stairs. Staff is ok, not verly gracious or accommodating. There are GREAT folks running the bistro however. Just the valet, bell captain and desk lack real customer service skills.

  Not a very good hotel. Have to go up stairs to get to elevator and the market and the bistro are not very good. If you are in Columbus I recommend that you stay elsewhere.

  The building was beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were very nice. My only complaint would be the difficulty getting in. The downtown location causes it to be a nightmare to deal with your car.

  It was a nice room. It was clean and comfortable and quiet even though I was near the elevator. The TV was terrible quality though with lines on the screen

  Nothing to write home about but it’s a good place to stay for business while in town. The rooms are clean, the pool and hot tub are nice and the beds are somewhat comfortable, but a little on the firm side. Staff is very friendly and the Bistro has a limited but decent menu.
