  Nice hotel hotel. Rooms comfortable and appropriate my equipped. Staff friendly. Near large shopping area. No good food options close other than big chains. Requires transport to area attractions. Hotel does have shuttle, including airport transfers which is nice. Half mild to nearest T station.

  From the minute you arrive they definitely make you feel like welcomed like a new neighbor in the fun friendly neighborhood. All the staff seems to genuinely enjoy working there. Admittedly the location is off the beaten path from Boston proper, but they know their clientele. Their shuttle service caters to the major businesses and conference center, so check with them to see if they can help you out. I even overheard the front desk to offer to have the shuttle driver deliver a guest's baggage to them on their way to the airport so that the guest didn't have to drag his bag with him at the conference center. Talk about customer service! As always, the rooms and amenities are very much up to snuff. I can't imagine that any business guest there wouldn't be charmed by the pleasant mix of attentive service and fun relaxed atmosphere with all the extras required to get work done too. Starting your day with a Starbucks coffee and hearty breakfast and ending the day with a cocktail is the perfect way to work if you have to travel for work.

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Clean and quiet great rooms.Very good continental breakfast with great assortment and new menu everyday. Coffee bar open all day everyday. Salt water pool and hot tub was clean and we'll kept. Great place to stay close to the beaches and shopping. Hope to go back great place.

  Good location in southern part of Boston. 5 minutes walk from underground metro station and from a 7/11 store. Free parking is a great add on, as almost 90% of Boston hotels charge extra for parking. Although the website of the hotel says breakfast included, it was not. I was charged for breakfast on checkout. Nice lobby and rooms. Pleasant and helpful staff. The room service did not change towels frequently. The complimentary tea sachet in the room had yellowish color on the outside, meaning water has stained it. I threw that away. The rate is very reasonable compared to usual rates in Boston. The three stars is due to the cleanliness issues.
