Five stars on account of the kindness that the staff showed to me and my family during a stay back in July. The reason we were visiting Baltimore was because my mom was at Hopkins and sadly she passed away. After hearing about our situation, the staff went the extra mile to comfort and check in with us, sharing their own stories of loss and leaving a thoughtful card along with an orchid in our room. I'm sure there's plenty more to say about the hotel itself, but I want to recognize and share gratitude for the staff and their consideration and humanity.

When your under the impression that you will be in a Suite instead of a double queen room it was kind of disappointing no fault to Staff. The rooms were nice. Nothing to write home about except the view at night time. The location was awesome. I would recommend this location if you're on a budget but want to be in the mix of downtown. The lobby staff were great and provided great customer service.

Good location in a very walkable area. They have a parking garage attached to the hotel which is convenient. Hotel staff was excellent, very pleasant to talk with and attentive. The rooms were ok. They seemed a little tight. I am not a fan of having the sink open to the rest of your room, at least at night when your family is sleeping. Starbucks in the lobby!

We were in town for 1 nights stay just to enjoy the 2022 Trawlerfest at Harbor East Marina. Location was great. Just a few blocks from the Marina. Lots to do in the area. Great food choices also but we really enjoyed The Bistro inside the hotel Friday night upon our arrival. Staff were wonderful.

I have stayed in nicer rooms, so the 4 stars is not a negative, just grading on a scale. The staff (and I had many interactions with several of them) was awesome, so friendly, and helpful. I can't remember staying anywhere that I would rate the staff higher. It is conveniently located in downtown, not far from the water and many restaurants.
