  Everything was wonderful and staff very helpful. I think because the parking garage was full so my only option was valet or park a couple of blocks away. I think a discount should be offered in those instances on valet.

  We were only in town for one night to catch a blues show. So not much time was spent in the room, but it was clean and we had a great view of the square from the 11th floor. Check in was also great!

  The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The rooms are....ok...really could use a fridge. They are basic room. But they are clean and facilities are great.

  Great location in downtown Austin. Close to everything. Full restaurant on the ground floor is a plus to enjoy your free breakfast options...as compared to more limited regular Courtyard offerings. Staff was readily available and willing to help...always with a smile. Parking is ridiculously expensive at the hotel. Skip the car and spend the money on Ubers.

  Great place to stay when attending something at the convention center. It’s literally across the street. Do note that they charge $30 per night for parking though even if you are staying in their hotel. That also isn’t shown on the bill it’s just a surprise later on your credit card. Also note that the Residents Inn by Marriott and the Courtyard are both in the same building and share the same lobby.
