  Only two out of the several staff I encountered were kind. The rest were aloof and unhelpful. Tell me why there’s only one luggage cart? And the hallways were so HOT. The main part of the room was nice, but the bathroom was in disrepair. Their laundry room was also lacking, and I was told the dryer might not even be working, yet there wasn’t a sign displayed telling the guests this info. I could hear screams and train whistles from knotts, clear as day in my room

  Staff was nice, but our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The lobby of this hotel is very nice but the hotel itself is old and dingey looking. Hallways were dirty. Would not stay here again.

  I was a Walk-in (no reservation made). Front desk service was fast and polite they were able to get me into a room promptly. There wasn't really a view as the surrounding businesses obstructed it but the property is very well kept.

  This is worst Marriott property I've ever stayed at. We had several of our personal items stolen from our room while we were out. Items were worth at about $900. There are no cameras in the hallways or the elevator, just the lobby. Our room smelled like mold and cigarettes, the sliding door to the balcony didn't fully close, the shower head was covered in scale build-up, the carpets were dirty, and the walls were paper thin. We heard all the footsteps, doors slamming and opening, and other guests shouting/laughing. All the rooms and amenities are really dated. The only decent thing about this hotel is the lobby, and it's proximity to other attractions. Highly recommend staying elsewhere.

  This hotel is OK. The beds were not as comfortable as other courtyards I have stayed at and the pillows feel like someone has slept on them 1 million times already. The Bistro fruit was not fresh. My main issue with this location came when I reserved a room the day before and the gentleman at the front desk said "sure we have no rooms booked, I'll put you down" only to arrive to my meeting room the next day and have another person at the front desk question me on if I had a room. When we got to our meeting room it was deathly hot and unprepared. I will be staying somewhere else next time.
