  Car shopping at Courtesy Acura is like buying a new car used to be...it feels like shopping with friends that want you to feel good about the experience! They have a “down home” feel that leaves you feeling like you did them a favor by letting them share their experiences with one of the best luxury SUVs on the market with you! They have very little personnel changeover because the employees enjoy their jobs...we had a relatively new sales lady who really knew her cars, inside and out! The “Sales Manager” really understands the car business and enjoys being able to share his insights! I look forward to having a long term experience with this very special car dealership as I enjoy the nicest car I have ever owned!

  My experience with the Courtsey Acura Service Department has always been very positive. Chris explains every detail of the process and is always very polite and accommodating.

  David Martin is the definition of a car sales man. Will keep you there all day promising that he's got you a good deal. After hours and hours of waiting and all the employees have taken their lunches he will come back and say you need 5000 down. Obviously if I had 5000 to put down I would just buy a vehicle out right and not have a payment. This place is a joke and I will not be returning to this establishment period.

  Everyone at Courtesy Acura were very nice and attentive. I was told my car was going to have the gas tank filled then pulled around to the front. I had to leave and come back for the car after hours and the tank was not topped off when I returned. I think the experience went well otherwise.

  My husband and I spent about 2 months looking for a good used car for our son to drive across country to a new job. Will you personally checked out 7 different vehicles at seven other dealerships between Lexington Morehead and Dry Ridge. We test drove four of them. None of the other vehicles or dealerships worked out for a variety of reasons. Either the car was not what it appeared to be online or we couldn't agree on a price or the sales staff was just too rude, sketchy or pushy. In one instance the car was sold before we could get back to the out of town dealership a week later to complete the purchase. Anyone who has tried to find a really good reasonably priced used car knows what I'm talking about. Then I found a vehicle at Courtesy and it was a completely different experience. The sales staff were all nice, normal-looking, polite individuals. Clean, well-dressed and well spoken. The salesman I worked with, Steven Osborne, was able to answer all of our questions about the vehicle we were looking at. We were able to take a test drive and he was extremely nice. The entire business just gives off a different vibe. Perhaps it's more integrity? But everyone just seemed more trustworthy. There was never any pressure to buy the car. Absolutely none. The sales manager made an offer on our trade and when my husband didn't like it, he compromised with him and made sure we were happy. As for the vehicle, it was clean, smelled nice, had new tires, new brakes and all the fluids were topped off. Courtesy has been around a long time and I think this motivates them to be a bit more careful with what they are selling. Their reputation is their most important asset and they seem to understand that. The next time we need a car it will be the first place that we go.
