  i have been trying to get through to respond to my summons for almost a half hour and every time i get hung up on, a busy signal, or NOTHING. I cannot find the survey I completed and it won't let me figure out how to find my number online.. making it EXTREMELY HARD to get through and get this thing done that if I don't I'll be fined for. I figured it out eventually through google, thanks google. but seriously you should make your site more accessible or clearer. I know it may be simple for the people that work there but for people like me who avoid those places it's not simple.

  It is really lousy that when you try to call to speak to someone in the office of the Court of Common Pleas, you get nothing but recordings. I received a jury notice in the mail that was sent to my address in error. I tried to call the office to inform them of this and could not as no one answered. I hope the gentleman who was supposed to get this notice in the mail does not get into trouble because he doesn't show up. Total waste of my time with the phone call as well as writing this review. Merry Christmas, by the way.
