  Ms Cox a colector for tickets has over the course of 4 months NEVER reurned one phone call. Finally I got a hold of Diane Muzquiz and she took over a month later and several daily e-mails I still do not have abstracts for a 6 parking tickets (East Ballpark region) in collections. I was homeless and staying with Rachel's - that's another story - and homeless Court never returned one call!!!!!! So I broke down the bill in payments and had them paid by 28 may- it is now 30th June and I'm pretty sure this is either a form of harassment (possible) or the parking administration couldn't find their behind with both hands- All of these were the street sweeper sign s who warn not to park on Mon Wed Friday but 3am-6am (which makes it Tues Thrus and Saturday becasue at 12 M the day changes and the sign doesn't. Just imagine the tickets after baseball games and sitting in the bar past midnight- $55.0 each- Must be a major source of revenue for Mayor Falconer

  I want to send out a big "thank you" to Mr.Todd McCraken. He spent almost 45 minutes today explaining the perimeters of a property that is historical designated and eligible for a Mills Act contract. Both he and the Office of Historic Resources (Jody Brown) have been both friendly and clear with the guidelines and resources for tax and residential home value, and restrictions. San Diego is fortunate to have these competent and thoughtful persons to guide the residents of San Diego.
