::Place is very clean it got security gate no key and you can't get in no walk through traffic right by the Bakersfield casino, I rooms are very clean, not bad

::It's was convent. Very old school. Need to remodel. Update the rooms. The tv. Sucks no reception. Clean. Smells old fashion. Needs deep cleaning. Brighten it up alot. Over all it is clean.

::The rates that the owners charge are just plain rediculous for the area & the condition of the rooms. The staff/owner(s) are rude & assuming in their manner. Just because their business is in a bad location; doesn't mean that they should treat potential renters like they do the Locals around there.

::No A/C, drug dealers hang out in the parking lot. The beds and pillows feel like 2×4's. Not suggested to anyone especially if you have children
