  The Worst! I had used them for a year, I was billed incorrectly. They broke lawn furniture while I was home and tried to walk away when confronted. they do not take the bags of clippings and try to leave it in the street even though pick up is 5 days away. When I asked them to leave it at the side of the house they would leave in in front of the neighbors house. A few times they left it in the neighbors yard. Come on. They hardly pick up the phone and when you do leave a message they never call you back unless you are a "New Customer" Trash... just trash. And two of the "Good" reviews on here... well one is from the owner himself... Shame shame. the other is from a family member. Are you that desperate? Oh wait.. ya you are!

  John, the owner is easy to talk with and is committed to doing a good job. I contacted Country Green for cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance on a parking lot. Great results and great service by his crew.

  Quantity over quality. Bait and switch. Told them what we needed. We were told it would be done. All they did was mow and blow leaves around for 5 minutes. Ignored calls. Ignored messages asking them to please do the work we we needed . Used them for nearly a year. We r new to the block. Neighbors are annoyed at us for not having our lawn cared for !! We are busy people. We needed to hire landscapers to get property in shape. lead us to believe they would . If your landscaping and lawn is already in great shape and you just need a mow - maybe you will be happy. But I can't imagine anyone being pleased. And they are rude. Nearly a year and hedges have never been trimmed . We left at least 20 messages saying " trim the hedges next time you come or never come back " yet they came back and never once did the hedges. I stayed home from work one day I believed they come - leaves were never properly cleaned so it was hard to figure out when they even came. It always looked terrible. I heard the blower turn on that day . Got my slippers on to catch them to address issues since messages did not work. By the time I put my slippers on, put dog away , and got to the door they were already driving down the block !! 5 minutes tops spent on my property ! But they expect to be paid. It was a busy time of year for proper landscapers. Could not get anyone to take us on. So we felt trapped. Begged them to please do the work. Never did it. Finally we got actual landscapers to come by today. They thought we had no service when walking our yard. Right away they knew what we needed without me telling them. When I told them we have had "landscapers" and what was going on -this new company said let me guess " country green ?" He knwe by what I told him what company it was. He was a gentleman. Did not say a bad word but he did not have to. Their reputation proceeds them , clearly. Countey green are Not landscapers. Guys with mowers. Hire a teenager !! I have never dealt with any company in any manner worse then this one. I'm shocked any reviews were good. But I imagine the reviews that were good were all people with properties already in great shape and only needing a mow once a week and a leaf pick up now and then. If you are just moved in and need landscapers do not be fooled by these guys. They will promise to do it all. Then never do it , remain totally elusive until you are deep in the season and stuck with them until other real landscapers schedules open up. In the mean time your lawn will fester and you will leave terrible impression on your new neighbors. I moved In during winter. Hired country green as soon as spring rolled around and I saw the mess of weeds that had clearly developed from years of neglect. I run a business. Had a very sick child and my husband works crazy hours, my dad was battling cancer. They totally took advantage of the fact we were busy young family with new house we needed help with. We were perfect fools. Told company what we needed. They said no problem. I'm sure they were thrilled we would never be around to catch them til.it was too late. It took us months before we could take a day off to catch them. All that time waisted. Money gone. Bad impression left with neighbors. But what do they care? They got to spend 5 minutes once a week and make $ !! Shame on us !! Call anyone else. Please.

  Decided to leave a review because I've used their service for 2 years now. I have no complaints They do a good job for a good price. I have some specifics about not having any chemicals put down in the backyard because my kids play there, etc. and I've never had an issue or complaint. They know the property and what they are supposed to do there. Never had an issue with billing or payment either.
