  I went yesterday to get a haircut, I know Lulu and she's super professional but she wasn't there's instead there was a guy doing hair cuts so because I know Lulu I trusted him!!! He cut my hair all the way to my shoulders so I asked him why didn't you do it the way I told you??? And his answer was "ohh because I don't know how to do that hair cut", I was crying because my hair went from 22 inches to 9 and had no shape at all :( he didn't charge me and he was telling me to just leave the salon it was the worst ever in my life!!!!!!!!
