We went here for the State of Texas Fair with the kids and we had a good time. We tried several types of food while walking around. The kids got an opportunity to ride on several of the rides that procedure done here at the fair. We had an opportunity to play a lot of the games and look at some of the displays in the meeting center. We we to this location on a tour that was sponsored by a tourist company in a package. We really enjoyed being able to take photos on the field and see the areas where the players would be hearing the rousing speeches before the sporting events would start. Some of the eating stands were open so we could spend $200 on our hot dog and drinks though... LoL

This is the 4th year we've come here for puppy bowl! This is an annual event held every March/April. They open to the Cotton Bowl to our furbabies to play all afternoon. It is so cool watching all the dogs play together. There are also many vendors who give out a lot of goodie bags for your fur babies! They have a mist area for cooling down and several pools for the dogs to play in. It's really awesome. If you have a dog & haven't been, definitely look for it next spring. It's well worth it.

Worked the Earth Expo. We had set up our Carp. Shop HQ. Right across from the Cotton Bowl. Great experience, lots of Security and really worked with some great people. Was there a week and had a blast. Have made a lot of upgrades to Gair Park. Looks great.

When I went to the coliseum to watch arena football, I found out it was next door and had to stand in the parking lot. A beautiful old stadium with years of tradition this will always be the ONLY Cotton bowl. it was a honor to stand just in the parking lot and take pictures. if you are a college football fan you have to at least set foot on the grounds. Amazing cathedral to one of college footballs greatest traditions. It was worth it
