  The food and service is great. I always order delivery and have never waited more than forty minutes for it. Today I was impressed. We have a good 6 inches of fresh snow on the ground. So of course I was expecting to wait awhile for my order but I still got my food in under 40 minutes. The delivery drivers are always polite and professional. Great Job Cottage Inn!

  I don't leave a good review for any business for the sheer fact that I'm not rewarding a business for doing what they're supposed to, that being said, it takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, this place has been deteriorating over past year, today was the final straw for me, raw pizza, on a thin crust at that. Why do places think that people have time to go back to said establishment to "fix it", why didn't you use your eyes before the pizza left the business?

  We have been ordering from this location quite often for a few years now, and all has been great, except for one experience in the beginning of December, where it took an extra half an hour to get our pizza. But to their defense, they were super busy. Will still be going back because the pizza is always good and the staff is friendly. Thanks for meeting our expectations!

  This one is better than the south canton cottage inn. They’re more generous with toppings and they always have the pizza ready at the time you put in you want it ready for.

  The staff here is absolutely amazing. They make their pizza fresh and there breadsticks fresh ! I can tell they always smile when they’re busy on the phone. Please make sure you tip the driver they are the kindest workers that I have come across in a long time. I am officially a loyal customer to them.
