  Great speed of delivery , staff was nice and helpful, pulled up to deliver at the exact time I was told , I like how I received a call from the delivery guy to tell me he's pulling up. Great tasting pizza too! 😊

  My suggestion to Who ever owns this Cottage inn pizza would be to FIRE every employee there they are extremely bad for business. I order from them often for corporate parties or luncheons at the County building. Ive ignored the multiple mess ups on my orders but the final straw is when you mess up my order, refuse to refund it ,are extremely rude have your employees in the background of a conversation being obnoxious . Everyone there is Incompetent and i will never spend money here again be it at work or home. I asked for the corporate number they refused to give it to me ..in the beginning even the manager Jessica refused to to talk to me i had to ask multiple times before they asked her to come speak to me. The absolute worst customer service ive ever seen. I asked for a veggie pizza add mushrooms bell peppers no cheese.. they gave me a pizza with only mushroom and bell peppers after i said what I wanted multiple times.. obviously Jessica was never taught how to talk to customers about their concerns or how to be professional.

  Called to place an order for delivery and they said I lived out of their area. I live 10 minutes away, what pizza place only delivers within a few blocks radius? By the other delivery reviews, it looks like I dodged a bullet though. Staff was polite.
