  It's a busy location so the wait time may get long, but there is only so much they can do with 3 service bays. The technicians here are always friendly and professional. I recommend getting an appointment, it will speed things up.

  I have gone to Costco for years and always bought my tires here because I saved some money and a believed that they provided better service than most tire shops. I was wrong. I had my brakes done and they found that the lug nuts had been tightened for too much on one wheel and the lug but actually snapped off because of this when they were taking the tires off. I had also been taking my car into Costco for then to rotate the tires every now and then and the brake guys also noticed that the tires had never been rotated. I figure that Costco noticed that they couldn't get the tire off without breaking th lugs and they didn't want to fix their mistake so they kept lying to me saying that they were rotating th tires when they didn't. It ended up costing a few hundred dollars to fix the lugs as the wheel assembly had to be taken apart to replace them. So, not only did Costco overtighten the lugs but they then tried to cover it up by pretending to rotate my tires over the next several months. I am extremely disappointed and angry because I trusted Costco more than I would trust another shop and they lied to me multiple times. I will never go back to Costco for tires again.

  Unfortunantely there is always a pretty long wait but the work done was awesome and David is fantastic 👌🏻

  Awful and sloppy service..i came in for the nitrogen checkup before xmas left the place and my tire pressure light was still on. Called the place and the guy said either i drive back so they can check or it should reset itself. Do u think I have time to drive back?? That's soo stupid and sloppy and awful service if the client get their car and issues are still unresolved. So I thought it might reset itself after driving it for 3weeks the tire pressure light is still there. Took the car in for checkup today the place close at 6pm and waited almost 2hrs for service. They're suppose to call to let u know the car is done. Waited till 6pm Costco closed and no one called came to the tire center n it was closed wth?? In panic i ran atound looking for peep yo get my keys... REALLY??? Wat kinda service is this I'm experiencing??? 0 star if I can.... soo angry!!

  I purchased tires here and one of the sales advantages was lifetime rotation. Unfortunately every time I try to get that done it is a minimum of 2 hour wait. Friday morning there was a line of about 10 customers, only one clerk and each time he had to run out the back door to look at he vehicle, it took forever. Then he came back in and said it would now be a minimum of 2 hours, and they just opened. So don't count on getting much timely service here. I went to an independent, got the oil changed, rotation and a mechanical check all in less than an hour. Obviously understaffed or poorly motivated employees here.
