  cosco should check this specific pharmacy because something isnt right there, bad customer service. And nothing is ready on time.

  Worst pharmacy I've been to. Employees were rude and condescending. I ordered a refill last minute because I was going out of town, on the phone they had an option for an early pickup so I chose that. However when I got to the pharmacy at the time I was told it would be ready, the woman there told me I had to wait because it wasn't ready. She then lectured me about how they need 48 hours notice. Why offer early pickup as an option then? Most ridiculous pharmacy system, I will be switching pharmacies.

  Sylvia and Cathy gave me counter service up front and were downright rude and condescending and one scolded me for not mentioning I had a discount card sooner (I mentioned it as soon as she was done barking questions at me) Scotty at the drop off counter was polite and helpful but unfortunately that cannot outweigh my overwhelmingly negative experience. Nobody with anxiety, depression, or anyone who wants to be treated kindly or is in need of trauma informed care should come to this pharmacy. I will definitely not be returning. I’m going back to rite aide in my old neighborhood where people were nice.

  I just called them for a refill and the lady on the phone was so rude. I would ask a simple question and she would get mad. You shouldnt feel uncomfortable just calling for a prescription refill because the lady is in a bad mood
