  Staff is very experienced. Very helpful. Well seasoned in regards to the products they have to sell on the shelves up front. 20% discount on all products if you get a haircut there.

  Just had my brows and hair trimmed. Rosie was awesome,she listened to what I wanted and everyone is always so friendly. Highly recommended.

  Went in today just for an eyebrow waxing they told me 15 minutes well I waited for 1 hour an still got no service as I'm sitting there 3 workers that did not have clients did not even acknowledge me so I left

  I arrived at 8:27 am. Stayed inmy car as the place doesn't open until 9am and I am handicapped , unable to stand for 1/2 hour until it opened. A man came to get in line and I explianed to him that I was in line but handicapped so he let me go into the salon first and sign in. Marianne took my name and number first then announced that"we go on the honor system here. Who ever was at the door first, goes first" John stated he was at the door first and she took him. Since I go to her all the time and she knows I am handicapped I was shocked. I walked out and won't go back to an establishment tha treats handicapped people this way.

  Color and cut by Leeann (the greatest hairstylist ever)! I highly recommend this Cost Cutters to all! Very friendly environment, she listens to what you want and the service is always great!
