  These guys are fantastic. I have them come 3 or 4 times a year. Their techs know what they are talking about and they do a very good job .I would highly recommend them.

  Excellent customer service!! They even called 15 minutes before to tell me they would be there. They also did a great job. My carpets have never smelled or looked better!!

  I can't say enough good things about my experience and the results of Cosmopolitan Carpet! They are definitely the best carpet and tile cleaning company that I have ever used. I can't wait to see the results for the oriental rugs I also am having them clean!

  We booked Cosmopolitan carpet based off the reviews we read. We have a 9 month old and 2 dogs and the carpet is about a year and half old. We noticed the knees on our baby's pants were getting dirty the more she crawled around and decided it was time to get the carpet cleaned. One of our dogs loves to pee in the same area no matter what we do to clean it and prevent it. Called Cosmo carpet and s/w Karen who was GREAT and explained everything to me. She booked us with Danny. Danny arrived promptly at 11 am. Walked in and discussed the cleaning with us. We asked to add on some stairs and a hallway. We were scared it was going to be much higher but we were still curious of the price. They came back with a VERY REASONABLE PRICE!! Danny took about an hour to clean the areas we wanted and even power scrubbed the high traffic area! We are VERY PLEASED with this company and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for your carpet cleaning needs. The carpets look GREAT and it didn't cost us an arm and a leg!!

  Excellent! Our carpets look fantastic (even a week later, after they've dried). Sergio went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results without trying to up-charge us to get those results. I appreciated his honesty, knowledge, and skill. Sergio has been with the company for 11 years and I felt very comfortable having him in our home. Their prices are very fair and competitive. I'd highly recommend this company!
