  Lower quality Panera knock off, wait is forever, Tapingo never shows an accurate time. Only redeeming quality is the bread.

  Cosi has got to be the best comfort food I've ever tasted. Sure, the service might not be great but it is and will always be my favorite place to get food. If you don't agree,it just means you don't look at the bright side. And the bright side at Cosi is amazing!

  Honestly terrible. Their hours are limited which is probably why their share price has dropped significantly over the past years. Their hours limit me of when I can eat which results in gains not being made. Furthermore, I would like the hours of operations to be a minimum of twelve. Their bread is on point though, margins suck.
