  I ordered a dry caramel cappuccino today. While the worker was preparing my cappuccino, I reminded her that I wanted it foamy (not everybody at these places understands "dry"). She replied "no worries, I got ya". I felt confident I'd receive a dry cappuccino. When she handed me a cup of coffee with almost zero foam on it, I looked a bit shocked. She stated, "it's not very foamy, but I guess this isn't really Starbucks". I don't think she's been properly trained on making a cappuccino and her attitude was terrible. I used to like this Cosi, but the last few visits have been terrible. Not sure I can waste my money giving this place another chance.

  I came here on a weekday morning around 9 a.m. to get some items to go. There wasn't any other person in the place except for one man. An the employee directed me to a cash register where I could order. I ordered my items and waited for them to come out to go. Employee handing me my items I looked at her and said thank you and she just stared back at me blankly. What I ordered was not that great it was actually kind of dry didn't have great flavor. I also did not feel like the customer service was that great as well. Wont be back.

  I used to love Cosi at Hamburg and came at lest once a week, but the portions have become so small that I can no longer justify spending 12-plus dollars on a meal and leaving so unsatisfied. I get a "taste two" with half sandwich or flatbread pizza and salad. When the food arrives, there is so much empty space on the plate that the food shifts all over the plate when the person brings it out. I know the national company recently went into bankruptcy but that is no excuse to stiff customers. On multiple occasions I have received my salad with absolutely no salad dressing. You also need to be more consistent with the sweet tea. It's either not sweet enough or too weak. They also dumped salt instead of sugar in the tea one time. However, the atmosphere is great with reliable wifi. With the large windows and airy space, it's wonderful for a 2pm lunch.
