::The prices are way too high. I stopped by because I wanted to upholster a sofa /futon. First the cheapest fabric they had that was water resistant was at $37 a yard. Then they said I would need about 9-10 yards that is already at $370.00 + their labor cost which was high as well. For that you best buy a new pc of furniture. Because we are not rich, I opted to find affordable fabric at home and do it myself. It only cost me me a bit less than $100.00 - based on very good fabric from Ellen's DeGeneres fabric line at Joanne's. I got it on sale.
