is it true that visits are last sat and sun only, with last names a-m on saturdays and the rest on sundays?

For the most part, This facility does its job. If you REALLY think that you....as a convicted criminal..... are somehow ENTITLED to "HILTON"-like Treatment during your re-acclamation into society; This is not the facility for you. Are there problems? Yes! I find that many of them are caused by the inhabitants themselves. Follow the well written and established "House-Rules", and you'll be fine. Residents are not there to "Kick-back and enjoy themselves". They are there as part of an effort to ease the burden upon jails and to allow less serious offenders the chance to have SOME degree of Freedom. Not conforming to societal expectations regarding morality, is the key issue that leads many of its inhabitants residing there in the first place. On the other hand, I have also found that many of its Case Managers can be petty and highly motivated by income potential. If you find that youre being required to pay additional fee's (Penalties) for some nonsensical and again petty House-rules breach, my advise it to contact the Program Manager for fair and favorable resolution of your question. (Make sure you have your facts straight, witnesses and/or other such evidence)

This place is terrible and how do they still operate when the break so many federal guidelines. They say their a non-profit but if you saw the living conditions there you would wonder where the money is going. They charge you 1200 a month to live there. If you do have a job you can forget trying to get any sleep because the monitors think its funny to come in your dorm room once an hour all night long slamming the door on your way out. You are honestly better off doing your time in jail, odds are they are going to find any little reason to send you back to county anyway. The "monitors" are younger and more immature than most of the residents there. A few have even been fired for selling items to inmates and one for sexual misconduct with a female resident. Also any good time credits you get from a judge they take away when you get there readjusting your release date for 30 days later all in an attempt to get more money out of you. Trust me from experience, avoid this at all cost, I know county sucks but this is even worse.

This company is a disgrace to all "correctional" programs. Money first, help yourself second. Anybody that is going through with CAI is better off doing the jail time.
