  AWFUL- Don’t waste your time! I went to this place with high hopes but left feeling insulted and disrespected. The man I spoke to rushed me out of the store to attend to someone else. He told me the following: 1. I don’t carry silky straight hair. I only have body wavy hair. Ok. I’ll take that but he continued... 2. I don’t have the color of your hair (light reddish blonde) Who doesn’t carry that color hair color. Meanwhile he has blue hair hanging on the wall. 3. I don’t have the color to dye to get the color of your hair. 4. I don’t prepare only 4-5 ounces, that’s too “little” for me. I only do at least 10 pounds of hair. Customer Service was TERRIBLE! He didn’t even try to help me.

  The worse hair ever I bought like 9 oz of blonde hair and use it for less than a month and I couldn’t do nothing to it because it was falling off. Very disappointed of all that money that I spend there almost $700 and didn’t enjoy that hair .
