  My only problem with this park is that you must be accompanied by a resident to use the pool. I can see how this is useful to keep the grandkids under control but I'm 63 years old. I was only staying here to house/pet sit for a friend, and he had to ask another resident to call me every day to see if I wanted to go in the pool for the 40 minutes the resident was going to be in the pool. I simply wanted to swim a little and work on tanning my legs the 10 days I was here.

  I would give the park four or five stars but unfortunately because of the manager Vici I only can give 1 star...Vici the manager singles out certain seniors and then shows favoritism to others, she medals way too much in people's personal business that has nothing to do with the mobile home park or Common Grounds. The way she picks on certain seniors is sad, unprofessional and completely wrong! Also I have to give less stars because even though there are lots of grassy common ground areas perfect for seniors to walk and play with their dogs, the manager absolutely does NOT allow dogs on ANY grass area..not even when streets are too hot for dog paws. :( Management seems to be selective on which seniors have to follow park rules, and which seniors they let break park rules. Its a shame because its a nice clean park with some very friendly residents.

  I've lived here 16yrs and it use to be a 5 star park but not no more. I give it 1 star because we don't have stairs to climb. We are ground level.

  BEWARE!! This mobile home park allows people who are under the age of 55 to purchase homes in the park. The manager Vicky knew this and allowed someone to purchase the home under this persons fathers age requirement and was told to never tell anyone she had done so. She told him to lie about the fact that his father would not be living there to the other residents and gave him a contract that he signed his fathers name to fully aware is father was not on the property to sign. Very disrespectful to other owners and most disreputable behavior from the park manager.
