  What an amazing yoga studio with teachers that simply are the best. Just when you are about to conclude that Erin and Kim can't be topped, then Kate Fr designs and paces a really amazing C2 class 👏. Namaste

  I like the scheduling flexibility available across multiple studios, as well as the instructors, high quality facilities, and laid-back environment of specifically the Grand Avenue location.

  The facility is clean the staff are warm and friendly. The locker room has nice little grooming extras. Plus the actual yoga itself! An amazing workout and I felt great afterwards!

  I love how many classes and times there are to choose from, so I can always fit in a class. The teachers have all been so kind, helpful, and inspiring. The studio is clean, calm, and comfortable. The locker room is awesome!

  Paul is an excellent teacher. Whatever he's getting paid, he deserves more. I like the 1.5 class because it's welcoming to beginners but still very challenging. The facility is relaxing and clean, if a bit small. My only complaint is that the class often packed to the limit. I wish class sizes were smaller. Having so many students in one class is claustrophobic and gives off the vibe that they care more about making the most they can from each class instead of offering a soothing environment. For this reason once my ten class package is used I'll probably be researching other studios with smaller more intimate classes.
