  Core physique is outstanding!! The classes target every muscle group in your body but even more impressive is that you are getting your cardio too! I didn’t realize this until I went to a rowing class, and I was able to row away with ease. The only exercise I had been doing was core physique. On good of that, I just went skiing and had no problem with stamina or my legs getting tired! Thanks CP for doing such a great job and keeping me coming back

  Great workout! The instructor was awesome. She kept me motivated and was very attentive in providing personal instruction. It was my first class and I will definitely be back.

  Great workout the instructor helps you fit in and you work at your own pace. Great atmosphere & welcoming. The work out wakes your muscles up & help you find your balance. Awesome

  This workout is amazing! I am hooked. I love how you feel, it's literally the first workout where I am disappointed and not ready for it to be over instead of watching the clock!! The instructors are knowledgable and give you personal attention to ensure a safe and awesome workout.
