  Ducks you can't switch over from one direction to the next, so you need to flow past to Arlington or Hynes depending on your direction of travel.

  Why aren't the entrances for inbound and outbound connected underground?! Be careful when getting in that you are going the correct direction there's signs once you get down there before the gates, but the entrance is not well labeled. Not to mention the constant flooding and leaks with the frequent torrential downpours in our fair city. Forget about trying to get on ANY train during game Red Sox game days. I had the misfortune of commuting into Back Bay daily and decided to disembark at this stop because cutting across Copley Square was about the same time as getting off at Arlington. The benefit of this location is that it's close to lots of shops, Boston Public library, food trucks and sometimes there's companies that do promotions in the square area giving away free samples.

  A nice T stop, but if you accidentally take the train to this stop and want to switch directions to turn back, you have to exit and walk above ground to go on the other side.
