  I had a friend go pick up a Chevy Silverado, and so I called ahead to make sure they would "take care of her" since she wouldn't know what to do (and most of these places aren't always pleasant). Boy, did they--not only did they drive the car out for her, they also made sure she had air in the tires, and even gave her a few gallons of gas so she could get to a gas station! Top notch service for an auto auction place--thank you so much guys. Whoever was responsible, you really made our day. thanks again.

  The ladies in the office are ALWAYS so nice and pleasant. They are more than willing to do whatever it takes to help you. Love 'em to death.

  Daughter's car in the yard after crash. Great customer service, the outside crew was very helpful as I gathered her personal things from the totaled car

  Friendly staff. Loader drivers are good. Parking lot is gravel and very limited which made it very difficult in a large truck.
