  The menu is very hit or miss. Sometimes it's the tastiest thing- like their chicken and waffle sandwich, which was very unique with cheese on top- other times it's a disappointment at best. Service is decent, sometimes the waiters take a while, but it's not terrible. If you're looking for a local diner, you should definitely try the Fox instead.

  One of my favorite Cafe's! I love taking everyone I know. They love it and have become great fans! Great prices, food and drinks. Delicious all the way to the last bit and drop. Yuuummmm

  LOVED it! Great local spot and would love to come back next time we are in the area. Service was above average, prompt and friendly. Tough to decide what to order because they had so many good choices on the menu. Loved trying different types of coffee from the coffee bar. Food was delicious and we will definitely be back!

  Cozy atmosphere, and quick, friendly service. Servers don't seem to be assigned sections, so sometimes it's a little confusing as to who is your server. The wait can be very long, especially during the breakfast rush. Wait time usually drops off at lunch time. All the food here is great though, and well worth the wait.

  Very busy, considering the size of the establishment, and the relatively small number of tables. The serving staff definitely had their hands full, but managed to maintain a positive demeanor and never seemed too flustered. The food makes the wait all worthwhile, however. It is still as delicious as it was the last time I visited, almost four years ago. That level of consistency and quality speaks volumes about Cool Moose. Definitely a place worthy of stopping for if you’re traveling to or through Jacksonville.
